Arms Roadmap (reminder)

We just wanted to remind you about this chart that we created for our students awhile back. It’s called “Should I Put My Arms Up BEFORE my Move???” Please try to follow this chart at all times for Trampoline. There are many benefits to following this chart:

  1. Your movements will become clear and well-defined
  2. Your somersaults will begin to have very large kick-outs
  3. After awhile, your stability and control in space will improve
  4. Your lines and shapes will become more beautiful, making you look like an expert or professional.
