$10 Cash or $15 Credit at the door. Come get extra practice! Open to Members Only. Athletes who have been consistently attending Aerials may use them during Open Gym. ***Note: Open gym is free for all athletes on the “Unlimited Everything” plan (i.e., Dance + Gymnastics).
Trampoline & Tumbling class for ages 6 - 9 years of age. Class is light & fun, with lots of Positivity! All students encouraged to learn at their own pace. Students will learn: 1) Olympic Trampoline, 2) Tumbling, and 3) Double-mini vault. This class is suitable for both recreational students & competitors. Members only!
Combined class for Teens + Adults! MEMBERS ONLY!
Improve your flexibility, strength, balance, coordination, & grace! Learn single moves -OR- learn a Mini-Routine & Perform it to MUSIC! *Please Email us at info@usatrampoline.com to find out how to get involved in our Aerials class!

This is an Open Aerials Training for Regularly Attending Students. Come practice the moves you've learned in class!

Ballroom & Latin Dance class for Teens & Adults. No experience required, we will teach you from scratch. All students encouraged to learn at their own pace. Students will learn classical dance technique. Train for competition or recreation! MEMBERS ONLY!
