One of the easiest and BEST barani drills of all time, and you can do it all by yourself at home! Take a look at the video above. I thought of this drill a long time ago, and it’s been a favorite for young kids and older students alike. It is simply half of a forward roll to a corpse position, followed by a roll onto your stomach. Make sure that you roll towards your Natural Twisting Direction though! Also, make sure that you are not rolling onto your stomach using your arms or feet, only use your abs, core, hips, and glutes to rock over….harder than it looks.
