All of our Monthly Members/students have access to our fitness area/gym for FREE! But if you are not a member, parents can still access our weight-room and exercise while they wait for their child’s lesson to be over for just $15 per month. It is really convenient to get in a quick 45-minute workout, while your child is learning gymnastics.

We have all the fundamental machines & free-weights that you need to stay in shape.
Furthermore, all of our competitive team Gymnasts are actually required to be doing light lifting throughout the year, in order to stay competitive amongst other Gyms & Teams. Light lifting as kids can strengthen bones, and prevent injuries, especially for gymnasts.
