Indoor Catch-Lock Class!

Ever wonder how trapeze Catchers know how to invert upside-down, mysteriously wrap their legs securely around the bar, and then grab their fellow trapeze artists mid-air? Now is your chance to Learn! You asked for it! Here it is! Finally….here is your chance to learn the beautiful yet elusive “catch lock.”
In these classes you will learn to master the Catch Lock in our comfortable indoor location. Learn how to swing and maneuver around the bar. It will improve your coordination, cadence, balance, control, timing, and strength for Gymnastics, Trampoline, and Aerial Silks.
Cost:
- Non-members = $35 per class (pay online through the online portal/website here: https://book.squareup.com/classes/74705gfp2xigah/location/66D2Q8A50T5NP/classes)
- School Members = $10 cash at door, per each class. *Note: Members of our school do not need to sign up online. Just show up!
Attire: Please wear shorts or leggings/tights to this class. NO JEANS OR SWEATPANTS because they will damage the fabric or get stuck around the bar.
