You asked for it! Here it is! Finally….here is your chance to learn the beautiful yet elusive “catch lock.” \nIn these classes you will learn to master the Catch Lock in our comfortable indoor location. Learn how to swing and maneuver around the bar. It will improve your coordination\, cadence\, balance\, control\, timing\, and strength for Gymnastics\, Trampoline\, and Aerial Silks. \n\n\nCost:\n\nNon-members = $35 per class (pay online through the online portal/website here: https://book.squareup.com/classes/74705gfp2xigah/location/66D2Q8A50T5NP/classes)\nSchool Members = $10 cash at door\, per each class. *Note: Members of our school do not need to sign up online.
